Liangyong Jiang, Ph. D. candidate (1999 - present day):   

  presently working on the interactions of PcaR with DDRP from Ps. putida,
along with the mechanisms that underlie the binding of PcaR to its congniscent binding sites.

  Anupama Shanmuganathan, PhD candidate (2002 - present day)

presently working on a comparative analysis of protein expression and their "targeted" oxidation in Saccharomyces cerevisiae in response to the presence of heavy metals.

Amrita Nrgund, PhD candidate (2004 - present day):

presently defining some of the more global aspects of PcaR-dependent control of gene expression in Pseudomonas putida using proteomic technology.

  Bishu Sapkota, Masters Student (2003 - present day);

investigating changes in the temporal chemotactic response to aromatic hydrocarbons in Pca-pathway mutants of Pseudomonas putida.

 Sukanya Mannava , Masters Student (2003 - present day):   
currently investigating variable transcriptional expression of pca genes in Pseudomonas putida.
