Protein Sequencing

The ABI Procise sequencer that has been in use for the past 6 years is being phased out. The Core Facility is moving towards "Protein ID" and sequencing using the ABI 4800 Plus MALDI-TOF/TOF Analyzer along with database analysis (which is significantly more cost-effective). If you need more information, please contact Hyuk-Kyu Seoh or John Houghton to discuss our current protein sequencing capabilities.
