$15.00 set-up and $4.00 per spot -includes in-gel digest (if necessary), use of MALDI and analysis (protein ID)
MALDI + ZIPTIP: 
$10.00 set-up and $6.00 per spot -includes in-gel digest, ZipTip purification, MALDI and analysis (protein ID)
MS / MS  
An additional $10.00 per sample - protein sequence analysis
