Sample Prep:
Place your sample on mica, glass, silicon wafer, or graphite.
As long as the sample is relatively flat, we can scan your sample 4 x 4um or smaller area with 2 ~ 50 nm in height.
Sample amount 10~30uL, 150~200ug/mL based on the first trial to modify the next concentration.
