The AFM gives a topological survey of molecules with nM resolution. Websites for sample prep information. Place your sample on mica, glass, silicon wafer, or graphite. As long as the sample is relatively flat, we can scan your sample 4 x 4um or smaller area with 2 ~ 50 nm in height. Sample amount 10~30uL, 150~200ug/mL based on the first trial to modify the next concentration.
